DAY 60 - MEALS FAIL

Today was one of those very bad, slightly self sabotaging meal days where I didn't eat anything apart from the pre and post workout meals. Sometimes my head can make things unnecessarily challenging unfortunately, despite my best efforts. I suppose the main thing to remember in these situations ("focus on the positives" is my therapy voice speaking) at least I ate a pre and post workout meal (including CHO for a change) rather than nothing at all which is what would normally happen.

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage with paprika (gf) tommy bobblehat, sweet potato

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Greek Lamb (75g) with tomato, red onion, red pepper, garlic and oregano,
tommy bobblehat and sweet potato with dried garlic flakes
