DAY 68 - MEALS

Bobblehat baking! Put this lovely bird on before I went for my 8am Olympic Lifting class with Coach SG,
one chicken stuffed with two whole oranges, and rubbed in grated orange, olive oil and lemon thyme

MEAL 1 - Turkey mince (145g) with tomato, mushroom and fajita spices, tommy bobblehat, kale with red onion and garlic

MEAL 2 - Roast Chicken (145g) with coconut oil and curry powder, tommy bobblehat, tenderstem broccoli
and kale with garlic and red onion

MEAL 3 - Turkey mince with mushroom, tomato and fajita spices, tommy bobblehat, tenderstem broccoli

MEAL 4 - Lamb tikka tandoori, bindi bhaji (okra) with onions and curry spices, salad and drizzle of raita dip
