DAY 66 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Turkey sausage (gf) with tommy bobblehat, avocado, kale with red onion and garlic
Due to not being able to train on Friday eve, both myself and the other Rachel agreed to train together for a 10am circuit today, so workout meals a little earlier than usual today.

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey mince (75g) with mushrooms, tomato and fajita spices, tommy bobblehat,
tenderstem broccoli and sweet potato

POST WORKOUT MEAL (right) - Turkey sausage, cherry tomato, kale with garlic and red onion, sweet potato
MEAL 3 (left) - Turkey sausage, cherry tomato, avocado, kale with garlic and red onion
MEAL 4 - Turkey sausage (gf) with tommy bobblehat, avocado, tenderstem broccoli, kale with garlic and red onion
