DAY 57 - WEEK 8 WEIGH IN & TRAINING NOTES

Another 1.2kg lost since last Monday. I've now hit 73kg - considering I was almost 79kg on week 1 this feels like quite an achievement. But as expected, not only do I feel like it's not enough / I could have done better, but I'm very keen to get my weight under 70kg before the end of the 12 weeks, as well as hit 10% body fat.

Training also felt very positive today considering how much my back was hurting, double hack squats were certainly fun :-) I also had quite a social chatter afterwards with the bodycomp boys and a p6 member who I occasionally share Olympic lifting classes with, which is very unlike me. Normally I'm quite literally out the door without a word the second I'm finished. Felt like another small achievement :-)
