Still battling a lot of negativity because of my weight gain yesterday. Really struggling to focus on the meals when there's the overwhelming feeling of 'it's not working anyway' and 'maybe if I eat less I'll lose more' even though I'm arguing back at myself with the logic and facts and what Coach OC said to me. Fighting yourself can be so exhausting at times believe me.

Completely missed pre and post workout meals... my stupid head said I'd burn off more if I didn't eat at training time :-(
