DAY 73 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Eggs x2 with plaice, coconut oil and tommy bobblehat

MEAL 2 - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil and curry powder, tommy bobblehat, kale and onion

MEAL 3 - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil and curry powder, tommy bobblehat, kale and onion,
tenderstem broccoli, asparagus and watercress salad

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Plaice with dill (75g) tommy bobblehat, leeks with dill and sweet potato

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Plaice with dill (75g) tommy bobblehat, leeks and dill, sweet potato and watercress salad
