DAY 63 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Eggs x2 with coconut oil and tommy bobblehat

MEALS 2&3 - Yes this really is it, a turkey sausage dipped in some almond butter, repeated.
Quite honestly in the state I was in, I'm amazed I even ate this much.

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage (gf) tommy bobblehat, tenderstem broccoli and sweet potato

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage (gf) with tommy bobblehat, kale with garlic and sweet potato
