DAY 71 - MEALS & VEG ARMY

MEAL 1 - Eggs x2 with plaice, coconut oil and tommy bobblehat
Catching up with some of the bulk veg cooking while I can squeeze in the time. I can't help but feel that vegetables are taking over my kitchen, and most importantly of course... tidy vegetables in battle formation (lead by none other than commander kale)


MEAL 2 - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil and curry powder, tommy bobblehat, kale and onion, leeks and dill
MEAL 3 - Turkey sausage, cherry tomatoes and avocado
PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage, cherry tomatoes, kale and onion and sweet potato 

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil (whoops! forgot about no fats part) and curry powder,
tenderstem broccoli and sweet potato
Kitty is always watching...
