DAY 77 - MEALS, NO TRAINING AND UNWELL HEAD

Unfortunately my mental health hit an all time low and since Saturday evening things have not been going well at all. Unfortunately my bowels have also stopped passing any stool as a side effect of my un-wellness - as can happen in extreme cases, so of course I'm worrying that my weight won't be accurate tomorrow either. I had to make the decision not to train today which felt quite a disaster this close to the finishing line and I've only missed one training session for all the bodycomp so far. Ultimately this was because my self harm and suicidal feelings that I still have to manage on occasion were nearing the danger level; something which I have learned to recognise in advance through therapy treatment and take the necessary precautions to prioritise self care. Amazingly I still made sure I ate my meals despite the urges to sabotage everything and stop eating entirely as can often be my default behaviour, but the meals were of training day weight and macronutrient quantity, but as I didn't actually go training there was no carbs of course in what should have been pre and post workout meal. A bit of a humble jumble, but didn't go over quantities which is the main thing.

MEAL 1 - Eggs x2 with smoked basa, coconut oil and tommy bobblehat

MEAL 2 - Turkey and paprika sausage (gf) with tommy bobblehat, courgettes with red pepper, garlic and tomato

MEAL 3 - Beef and chilli burger (145g cut in half) tommy bobblehat, leeks and dill

NOT PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Thai green turkey curry with lemongrass, kaffir lime, green peppers and coconut milk,
kale and tenderstem broccoli   

NOT POST WORKOUT MEAL - Greek roast lamb (75g) with tomato, garlic, red onion and coriander, tommy bobblehat,
courgettes with red pepper, garlic and tomato
