DAY 70 - PHASE 4 TRAINING PROGRAMME

My final training programme to run until the end of body composition.
I must admit I took a look at the 100 bench presses, 200 lunges and 20 minutes of cardio for Day 1, and for the first time I suddenly felt... am I actually going to be able to do this (cardio is *really* not my strength and I always expect to fail horribly at it). But the 100 bench presses challenge excited me however ;-) I just wished there was more lifting heavy things and less scary cardio.
