DAY 75 - MEALS & KITTY SQUIDGYFACE

Starting the day with some bobblehat baking before I head off for an early Saturday morning extra training session. Soon to be greek roast lamb (after lamb is slow cooked, remove fat and drop in a pan with a tin of tomatoes and a few handfuls of cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion (pre cooked in coconut oil) several garlic cloves chopped, olive oil and loads of oregano and a dash of cinnamon, roast lamb then becomes absolutely amazing and with all the tastes of Greece :-) 
 

MEAL 1 - Eggs x3 with smoked basa, coconut oil and tommy bobblehat

MEAL 2 - Beef and chilli burger (145g) with tommy bobblehat, avocado, leeks and dill

MEAL 3 - Turkey and paprika sausages (gf) with tommy bobblehats, leeks and dill, watercress

MEAL 4 - Greek roast lamb (145g) with tomato, red onion, garlic and oregano with tommy bobblehat,
courgettes with cherry tomatoes, red pepper and garlic (stir fried in coconut oil)
Kitty says squidge (I often feel like this after training I must admit)
