DAY 10 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - wf/gf/df sausages (100g) tommy bobbles, shredded pork (70g), hard boiled egg, leeks and broccoli, olive oil  
MEAL 2 - Chicken (180g), butternut squash and garlic, cherry tomatoes, olive oil
MEAL 4 - Tuna steak (180g), avocado, kale with onion and garlic in coconut oil,
courgettes in tomato, garlic and onion and tenderstem broccoli
(many thanks to the hosting bear chef for cooking to my very specific requirements)
(anything not black = not eating on home turf!) :-)
Wait a second...
 
What happened to meal 3 you might ask? Well today I was on an interview panel all day and had a salad bowl from the canteen for meal 3 - avoided the beetroot and coleslaw that was included, ordered extra ham and guacamole to try and close in on the protein and fat quota but I know I didn't hit the right weights for this meal. Ham was probably only 40g or so. Can't win them all but this would have been clearly under requirement rather than over, which I hope is better than the alternative.
