DAY 2 - BREAKFAST

Bacon steak, egg, kale, edamame (now known after bodycomp yesterday eve to be one of the illegal foods, so no more green beans from here on). Supplements: priority greens, eskimo fish oil, multigenics. For breakfast Coach OC recommended mass cooking WF GF sausages with kale, almond butter and home made ketchup (the all important Lidl tomato puree - apparently OC gets through a tube every couple of days) - so sausage shopping and much more kale is on the to do list (usually most of the kale I buy is eaten by bunnies..)

My perfectionism of course is making those few illegal edamame beans in my breakfast today and supper yesterday feel like I'm doing absolutely everything wrong, but I know that keeping going is more important than my usual catastrophising and stopping if it can't be 'perfect' straight away. So here's to keeping going... this is only day 2 after all.

(OC Ketchup recipe: Lidl tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, pinch of salt)
