DAY 7 - MEALS

Slow cooker prep - 2kg chicken rubbed in lemon zest, garlic and olive oil and lemon thyme,
cooked on a bed of butternut squash, shallots, garlic cloves and *carrots (*post-workout meals)
(bunny meals now also getting bobble hats...) 
 
MEAL 1 - wf/gf/df sausages (below 165g requirement) hard boiled egg (6g fat and protein), *very* big avocado (15g fat),
tommy bobble hats and supps (fish oil, multigenics, priority greens)

MEAL 2 - Slow roast pork (160g) tommy bobble hat, sprouts and bacon (remaining protein) plus olive oil for fats.
MEAL 3 - wf/gf/df sausages (again sub requirement) mushrooms in garlic and olive oil, leeks and broccoli, almond butter
and ofc tommy bobble hats.
MEAL 4 - Slow cooked chicken (165g) with roast butternut squash, garlic and shallots, olive oil for fats, cherry tomatoes
(forgot supplements... and sadly bobblehat-less)
