SUPPLEMENTS

It suddenly starts to feel very real when all the supplements are knocking on my door.
I'm also trying to feel a bit more prepared by sorting out my training diary (plus the all important brand colour coordinated black and orange pens) and getting myself a TOCM t-shirt. My hope is that wearing it might help me to feel a part of the body composition team, rather than the uncomfortable outsider that I often feel like in any social situation.

Coach OC has uploaded some supplement initial quantity guides for during and post workout. Therefore I decided to make a copy of the quantities with a photo of all the different supplements to help me remember - having never done anything like this or even taken training supplements before (with the exception of priority greens and whey isolate) I'm finding myself anxious that I'll forget what's what, or even worse put the incorrect quantities in for the wrong sort of workout. 

*EDIT* Turns out the quantities given are specifically for OC - I will be receiving my own customised quantities tailored to my BMR results.
