DAY 9 - MEALS

First thing in the morning I got a leg of lamb in the slow cooker - think I'm gradually getting the hang of this slow cooking meat on mass thing. Lidl to the rescue again, £6.45! Meals below (been out all day two days in a row and got a bit behind in the blog I'm afraid).
 


MEAL 1 - 100g goat burger plus bobble hat, kale in olive oil, supps (fish oil, multigenics, priority greens)
MEAL 2 - Chicken (100g) tommy bobblehat, butternut squash with shallots and garlic, mushrooms in olive oil and garlic

MEAL 3 - Avocado half, hard boiled egg half, tommy bobblehat, smoked salmon 'flower' :-) olive oil and oregano

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Pork (100g) brown rice (180g cooked)
tomato puree, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and oregano
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Lamb (100g), sweet potato mash with a tommy bobblehat, dried garlic, oregano, olive oil
(really had to force this down!! still felt sick after training)
