MEAL 0.1

My experiment of pre-cooking my first meal batch, however not feeling at all confident as this is before going to the first body composition session today. I am feeling particularly cautious about using some ingredients that weren't mentioned on the list of OC approved ingredients (coconut specifically) but have been used quite heavily in my paleo diet, so now I have a few more questions to ask Coach OC as a result as well as portion sizes. It's already been explained that phase 1 of nutrition won't include weighing, but a rough idea of quantity would be really helpful. Photo logging my first effort for today and the batch I've made would typically cover me for 3 meals, although I suspect I will be referring back to the mistakes I've made and know what not to do next time. Will hopefully feel much more confident after the body comp session where food prep and nutrition will be covered.

THAI FISH SOUP
Cod fillets and prawns poached in coconut with edamame beans, lemongrass and coriander.

250g smoked cod
200g king prawns
150g edamame beans (x)
500ml alpro coconut rice milk (x)
2 sticks lemongrass, chopped (x)
handful coriander, ripped (x)
