I’m Rachel, member of Crossfit gym Priority 6, challenging myself to new extremes and as far from my ‘comfort zone’ as possible. I’ve signed up to The OC Method’s 12 week Body Composition, this blog will keep track of progress, as well as a reference tool for training, nutrition, photos, measurements, session plans and so forth. I can’t wait to find out how far I can push myself, physically and mentally, hopefully smashing a few psychological barriers in the process.

DAY 11 - MEALS
Another exceptionally busy day and very early alarm (almost to Coach OC standards...) to prep / weigh and pack all the meals and then promptly dive in to early oxford rush hour of hell, I'm suddenly absolutely loving my ISO bag - can't express how handy it is! Really thankful for Coach OC for getting a batch in. Another full day on an interview panel today and people really do get confused when you stop to eat at non-lunch times, squeezing a meal in between applicants here and there. I never actually thought I'd stick to the meals with a day like today, but somehow I managed - really reassured me of my drive and determination to do this transformation and get the best results I possibly can. I was also extremely excited because a pile of amazon boxes were on my doorstep when I got home late yesterday evening, the 1kg tub of almond butter has finally come to the rescue :-)
