DAY 11 - MEALS

Another exceptionally busy day and very early alarm (almost to Coach OC standards...) to prep / weigh and pack all the meals and then promptly dive in to early oxford rush hour of hell, I'm suddenly absolutely loving my ISO bag - can't express how handy it is! Really thankful for Coach OC for getting a batch in. Another full day on an interview panel today and people really do get confused when you stop to eat at non-lunch times, squeezing a meal in between applicants here and there. I never actually thought I'd stick to the meals with a day like today, but somehow I managed - really reassured me of my drive and determination to do this transformation and get the best results I possibly can. I was also extremely excited because a pile of amazon boxes were on my doorstep when I got home late yesterday evening, the 1kg tub of almond butter has finally come to the rescue :-)
 
MEAL 1 - Pork (100g) with tommy bobblehat, almond butter, olive oil and cherry tomatoes (yes I forgot fish oil and multig)
MEAL 2 - Smoked salmon and crayfish tails (100g) cherry tomatoes and avocado
MEAL 3 - Chicken (100) butternut squash, shallot and garlic, mushrooms in olive oil and garlic
PRE WORKOUT MEAL - wf/gf/df sausages (100g) tommy bobblehats, almond butter, brown rice (180g c) 
 
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Lamb (100g) almond and tommy bobblehat, tenderstem broccoli with dried garlic,
*coconut oil brown rice bobbles (rice in tomato hats - new discovery)

*Add coconut oil (fats) to portion of cooked rice (CHO) pop in microwave = tasty coconut rice :-)
