DAY 8 - BODYCOMP TRAINING

Well there was quite a turnaround at my training session tonight, I went there with especially low confidence but still determined to push myself harder this week none the less, and it turned out there was a numerical confusion (probably on my part, as I previously said... myself and numbers don't get along very well). After my weigh in with Coach OC, apparently for week 1 results I have actually lost 1.8% body fat and 1.4kg weight, as well as there being a 0.3kg difference between the scales I weighed myself on and the OC scales.

I'm also really pleased with myself for how I managed my feelings and got myself in to training tonight despite this mornings set back, I could feel my destructive catastrophising so close that I could practically see it in front of my eyes but still I kept up the meals today and went training. So as a result, really proud of myself as well as really pleased to have such a great bodycomp team and coach to rally and support in those challenging times. There will no doubt be more challenges and falls in the 11 weeks ahead and now I feel prepared to face the next one, and more connected to the other members which is really great for me.
