Meal 1 at 9:30.
I wanted to practice weighing food on the digital scales today, even though I don't understand the values yet. As these are leftovers this is obviously cooked weight. According to the spreadsheet I should be having 180g of meat, however as I haven't properly batch cooked yet, these were all I had left of the chicken livers so am running a little light. Clearly this sunday is going to have to be my batch cook day as doing it day by day as Coach OC said is definitely a struggle. Might have to bite the bullet and buy a slow cooker too - as my oven is broken which makes things a little more challenging.

I’m Rachel, member of Crossfit gym Priority 6, challenging myself to new extremes and as far from my ‘comfort zone’ as possible. I’ve signed up to The OC Method’s 12 week Body Composition, this blog will keep track of progress, as well as a reference tool for training, nutrition, photos, measurements, session plans and so forth.
