DAY 3 - MEAL 1

Meal 1 at 9:30.
I wanted to practice weighing food on the digital scales today, even though I don't understand the values yet. As these are leftovers this is obviously cooked weight. According to the spreadsheet I should be having 180g of meat, however as I haven't properly batch cooked yet, these were all I had left of the chicken livers so am running a little light. Clearly this sunday is going to have to be my batch cook day as doing it day by day as Coach OC said is definitely a struggle. Might have to bite the bullet and buy a slow cooker too - as my oven is broken which makes things a little more challenging.
