DAY 3 - MEAL 2

Leftover thai fish soup - weighed in at 180g for my protein (cod, prawns) and fats (coconut milk). As I have Olympic lifting at 5pm and today doesn't technically count as a 'workout day', I'm only having 4 meals. So if I'm calculating this right, meal 3 will need to be about 3pm, then meal 4 will be about 6:30pm (but no carbs this time - 180g protein, 27g fat and unlimited veg).
