Due to the slow cooker being on loan and being returned tomorrow, as well as the bathroom scales, the almond butter running out and costing 3.95 for a *tiny* jar in the supermarket that lasts about 4 days of meals and desperately needing more Tupperware boxes amongst a few other things - I felt I had to do a somewhat urgent shop on amazon for what I now realise are some rather essential body composition supplies. As it's my birthday next weekend I have decided to think of these as some early presents for myself.
I’m Rachel, member of Crossfit gym Priority 6, challenging myself to new extremes and as far from my ‘comfort zone’ as possible. I’ve signed up to The OC Method’s 12 week Body Composition, this blog will keep track of progress, as well as a reference tool for training, nutrition, photos, measurements, session plans and so forth. I can’t wait to find out how far I can push myself, physically and mentally, hopefully smashing a few psychological barriers in the process.
