DAY 2 - POST WORKOUT MEAL

I still have no idea if I'm doing this right and my head can't face the nutrition calculator due to not understanding panic going on (previously mentioned hamster in wheel) but trying to itemise my meal slightly differently tonight, and not call it supper...
As this is post workout, have included carbs as this is a must - a new habit to break as I've been avoiding them pretty much entirely since December 2014.

Pork burgers, sweet potato and blueberry mash and courgette in tomato and garlic.

5% fat pork mince (500g pack, made 5 burgers, so roughly 200g)
