WEEK 1 - PROGRAM

Coach OC has just sent out the first program which will cover the first 4-6 sessions of the transformation, putting an extra copy of it up here for reference.

"Going through all the basic movements we will do and what to look for. Allows for good progressions and will lead nicely onto the next program. We will work in pairs or 3's. The whole point of mondays session is to get the measurements done, make sure everyone understands the nutrition and then learn at least all of Day 1 of the exercises."
