DAY 5 - TRAINING NOTES

After plenty of encouragement from Coach OC to really push ourselves to the absolute limit in the body composition training session and to put up those weights for each set, I definitely hit my limit today and I really gave myself a kick up the arse to put up the weights more. Got a new PB and couldn't stand up by the end of it, had some horrific cramps in my wrists and hands and my grip was completely shot away by the last set of exercises. One of the other body composition members (Paul) thankfully came to the rescue when I couldn't even get my fingers to open the packet of EAA to measure up for my post workout shake. That's a sign of a successful train I think - every time I was on the verge of stopping I remembered how much pain Coach OC went through when he was doing the body comp training himself, so if I want those damn abs to start showing up and have a chance at my other goals, I know I have to be prepared to put myself through the same level of pain. Job done.
