DAY 26 - END OF WEEK 3

There was a definite sense of relief after realising I'd made it through my 3rd week of body composition and Saturday morning Olympic lifting class to top it all off nicely (yes that's right, still keeping up the weekly Olympic lifting on top of body composition training).
I'm really beginning to feel the tired and absolutely worked out as much as I possibly can be. After my lifting class, and struggling to carry a basket around sainsburys with a 2kg chicken and even more vegetables for bulk cooking - I quite literally walked in the door, dropped my bags and collapsed on the floor in a lovely warm sunbeam and couldn't move for the next 45 mins. Kitty of course took full advantage of such a thing, and not going for the chicken in the shopping bags as one might expect.
