DAY 32 - MEALS WITH KITTY

Today I lost my meal schedule about half way through the day and missed my first bodycomp training session :-( This was one of those life events throwing a hurdle in your path, in my case discovering I'd been the victim of ID theft and fraud. Fake me had got hold of my details (apparently all on public record anyway so I'm told) and run up a small fortune in the red on multiple newly opened accounts. After a lot of phone calls to various fraud departments, I discovered that multiple credit cards and pin numbers (in separate letters) had been posted to my address, so had obviously been precisely stolen out of my post box. It's a sickening feeling knowing someone is regularly keeping watch and stealing out of your mailbox, it must be someone local and fairly nearby which suddenly means I am suspicious of all my neighbours - as well as wondering what else they might have taken from my mail. Having a complete meltdown followed by my dad coming over to help me try and sort things out took up the rest of the day. But that's life isn't it - things don't always go to plan... Considering I went shopping and I was *so* close to the 'to hell with it' as I'd missed meals and my training, I was seriously considering just buying a pizza and not bother to cook as I'd already 'ruined the day' in my mind. So I'm stunned at myself for despite how terrible I felt and how much I was struggling, still buying ingredients when I went shopping and cooking OC approved supper in the evening instead of what I felt like doing. Now there's willpower and determination at it's best.
