Unfortunately today was such a manic rush, that after having my morning meals I rushed out the door for a day full of meetings and left behind my meals that I'd prepped to put in my iso bag for eating throughout the day. And as I had to go training straight off the back of all previously mentioned meetings, I missed meal 3 and the pre workout meal :-(
