DAY 29 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - 3x eggs with coconut oil and tommy bobble.
MEAL 2 - 75g wf/gf/df sausages, kale with red onion and garlic, tenderstem and coconut oil
MEAL 2 - Kitty prefers beanbag to sitting at the table for this meal...
MEAL 3 - Turkey breast (75g) in smoked paprika and coconut oil, tommy bobblehat, butternut squash, watercress
(Pre-workout meal was sadly missed due to getting lost in the 'design zone' once again...)
 
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey breast (75g) in smoked paprika and coconut oil, sweet potato, watercress, tenderstem

POST WORKOUT MEAL - with kitty of course
