Due to painting Coach SG's birthday present all day with the aim of finishing it, I struggled to keep on top of the meals today! Once again creative mode and food timings don't go well together. But considering the painting almost got tossed in the bin when the sky was refusing to do what I wanted and essentially starting over again - it's actually turned out quite well. This was mainly after firmly telling myself Bob Ross would say it was all just a 'happy accident', and of course SG will still like it... "good enough" as therapy would say :-)

| MEAL 1 - x3 eggs and smoked basa in coconut oil, tommy bobblehat. |
 |
| Painting mode activated (also responsible for missing Meal 3) |
 |
Ready for the wet stuff
(A lot of planning goes in to my paintings, I often like to pre-draw and make paper cut outs
for where the focus of my painting will be. Then I can move them around on the canvas and visualise) |
 |
MEAL 2 - Turkey burgers (150g) with tommy bobbles, tenderstem with coconut oil and garlic
(and only remembered because I needed a break for the sky to dry!) |
 |
MEAL 4 - Lamb tagine with ras el hanout spice (a few prunes and apricots snuck in), cabbage and red onion in coconut oil
(thanks to dad for adjusting meals to be full of coconut oil) |
Also incase anyone is curious - I will upload a final picture of the painting after I've given it to SG hopefully tomorrow evening :-)
PAINTING PROGRESS PHOTOS (SG thankfully loved it - phew)

| Of course kitty helped as always... |
