5am alarm today for a 7am bank holiday train (and getting in the pre-workout meal too). I was so stressed that I'd not be up in time - I leapt out of bed panicking I'd slept through the alarm at 3am, then 4am and by 5 I had given up on sleeping. Quite the stressed restless night you could say. I was initially concerned this would impact on my training today, but as it turned out I had a really good session! Arrived before Coach OC had opened up, got in first and the gym was completely empty - absolutely in my element. The other body comp members arrived a little after and I was trained and out before the masses started pouring in, which was absolutely fantastic :-)
Edit on Training notes - C -
Due to being on the assault bike, calories I wrote down should actually read 60! 165 was on the grey bike which measures very differently to the assault. Must remember this and hopefully brain will be less rubbish with numbers and forgetting things next time (although doubtful tbh... it's in the family genetics to forget everything almost instantly). I only even realised something must be wrong when Coach SG said even he couldn't do 160 on both bikes in 10 mins. Nobody outdoes the beast (aka Leonidas) in P6 believe me - if in any doubt see below ;-)
(extra thanks to Helen for the fantastic photo I'm borrowing from the Oxbridge Throwdown 2016)
