DAY 28 - MEALS

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Pork medallions (75g) mustard seeds, red onion, sweet potato, watercress
(bit dark as this was at 5:30am)
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Roast chicken (75g) sweet potato, kale with garlic and red onion, tenderstem broccoli
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Introducing the 'paw of hope' for a roast chicken treat ;-)
MEAL 1 - 2% fat Turkey burger (75g), butternut squash, kale with red onion and garlic
plus coconut oil for fats
 
MEAL 2 - Turkey 70g (fajita spice mix) peppers and onion, tenderstem broccoli and coconut oil
MEAL 4 - Turkey breast (75g) in smoked paprika & coconut oil, kale with red onion and garlic, tenderstem broccoli
