MEAL 3 - Roast chicken (75g) tommy bobble, kale and onion with coconut oil, butternut squash

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey burger (75g), tommy bobblehat, kale, sweet potato and red onion

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey burger (75g) tommy bobblehat, kale and garlic, kale salad, sweet potato and red onion
