I was going so slowly I know if OC was there he would have been shouting at me lots, but I felt absolutely terrible even after the first set of A1, A2 and A3. It took a hell of a lot of focus to even start the B activities, I just really wasn't on form today. When saying this to Coach SG he suggested it could be partly to do with the weather being so warm for a change. But somehow despite all the setbacks today, I still hit 90kg on the leg press and felt pretty confident about doing 100kg next time, that'll be breaking the 3 figure barrier on weights for me once I achieve that!! Will be a big milestone.
