DAY 46 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - x2 eggs with smoked basa and coconut oil, tommy bobblehat
MEAL 2 - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil and tommy bobblehat, kale with garlic, tenderstem, watercress
Missed meal 3 - design taking over the world again.

PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage in paprika, tommy bobblehat, kale, sweet potato and red onion

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey burger (75g) tommy bobblehat, sweet potato and red onion, kale salad, dried garlic
