DAY 28 - WEIGH IN

Week 4 - 77.3kg.

So half a kg down from last week's 77.9kg - a relief to see I'm back on the right track again :-)
It definitely made a difference for my 7am training this morning, I went in there feeling quite positive and encouraged for a change, still not quite the 'bull in a china shop' Coach OC instructed me to be, but I was focused (empty gym is definitely my forte!) and on time thanks to the new gymboss and got through my programme quickly without stopping for drinks or to write things down in my training diary. Success! Coach OC has asked for another weigh in on Thursday, so will see how it goes this week.
