DAY 46 - TRAINING NOTES, FERRARIS AND TEAM HUG

First day of doing the circuit train session, my head really struggled with the lack of sets and tempo and counting and doing things right and all gogogo fast as you can 30 secs on 20 off and keeping this up throughout. Coach OC could sense my concern and I must have been walking around like a storm cloud as I got a reassuring hug at one point, didn't expect to survive this one as cardio is my biggest weakness / hate. Ever since I was a kid you could say, I was always the high performer fast twitch sports kid, 100m sprints I was top of the class and even represented the school a few times. But I'd be dragged over the line by the teacher who went back to find the missing student half an hour after everyone else finished for the park runs (or anything more than 400m really).

Coach OC got a few of us (whilst covered in sweat and cursing) to huddle for a bodycomp team girl photo, with a very sneaky photo bombing from one of the boys. I was reluctant to put this up as I'm in it, but it's a reminder of another achievement so thought it deserved a spot on the blog.

My landy was feeling slightly intimidated in the carpark today, and trust me when I say nothing quite makes you panic
about opening your car door like being parked next to a Ferrari (perfect colour choice I must add)
