Quite annoyed that today is a sunday and I have to do design work all the way through it for a deadline on Monday - following the meal schedule today feels much harder after last night's epic food struggle and today's very black mood. My destructive side wants to say f**k it, so a real fight not to just let it take over.

You guessed it - I was in serious design mode and once again lost track of time / meals, so as a result meal 3 fell victim to my little design world.

MEAL 4 - Lamb curry (140g) with spinach and lentils, onions and a tiny splodge of mango chutney and rajita
(thanks to my fantastic curry chef dad, for going to lots of effort to make the curry 'diet' friendly) |
