DAY 42 - MEALS & BURGER PREP

MEAL 1 - Smoked basa with tomato and coconut oil (75g) tommy bobblehat, kale and tenderstem
MEAL 2 - Turkey sausage with tomato (68g, gf) avocado and olive oil
MEAL 3 - Turkey sausage with tomato (65g, gf) leeks, kale and almond butter
PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage with tomato (66g, gf) butternut squash (still not made the sweet pot!) kale
Cooked up some 75g turkey burgers after training this eve (with chilli and smoked paprika)
and yes - slow cookers love wearing bobblehats too
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey burger (75g) tommy bobblehat, tenderstem and naughty butternut squash
(will cook the sweet potato tomorrow... promise.... atleast butternut is the right colour :D)
