DAY 33 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Eggs x3 with smoked basa and coconut oil, tommy bobble.
MEAL 2 - Turkey with fajita spices (165g) red onion, tomato, peppers,
tenderstem and kale with coconut oil and dried garlic

MEAL 3 - Turkey burgers (150g) tommy bobblehats, butternut squash, tenderstem and kale,
almond butter for fats.
MEAL 4 - Lamb tikka with onions, bindi bhaji (okra, onions, peppers, spices) and salad
(the OC solution to take out curry with friends)
