DAY 38 - MEALS & MORE KALE

MEAL 1 - Roast chicken (75g) with coconut oil, tommy bobblehat and kale

MEAL 2 - eggs x2 with coconut oil and smoked basa (75g) with tommy bobblehat
PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage (gf) with tommy bobble, kale, tenderstem and butternut squash*
*small accident - forgot to shop for sweet potato! so no carbs...

What's really slightly worrying, is when I went shopping in sainsburys for the kale resupply, I got quite excited when I discovered a mixed baby kale salad.... even more ways to squeeze in the kale :-)
