DAY 39 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Turkey with fajita spices (75g) tomato, onions, peppers, avocado and watercress

MEAL 2 - Eggs x2 with smoked basa and garam masala spices, tommy bobblehat

MEAL 3 - Roast chicken (75g) in coconut oil, oregano, tommy bobblehat and watercress
 (Didn't have time to eat pre-workout meal)

POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey sausage (gf) tommy bobblehat, kale and onions, leeks, butternut squash
(yes that's right, still not done any sweet potato...)
