DAY 44 - MEALS

 
MEAL 1 - Eggs x2 with smoked basa, coconut oil and tommy bobble

MEAL 2 - Turkey burger (75g) with tommy bobble, tenderstem and avocado
PRE & POST WORKOUT MEAL - Turkey burger (75g, chopped) tomatoes, sweet potato, red onion
MEAL 4 - Tuna steak (75g) kale and onion, tenderstem and asparagus with coconut oil
