DAY 31 - MEALS

MEAL 1 - Chicken (75g) in fajita spices, red onion, cherry tomatoes, kale in coconut oil with red onion and garlic
MEAL 2 - Chicken in fajita spices with red onion and tomato, kale in coconut oil with red onion and garlic
PRE WORKOUT MEAL - Chicken in fajita spices (75g) with tomato and red onion, sweet potato,
kale with red onion and garlic.
POST WORKOUT MEAL - Chicken in fajita spices (75g) sweet potato, tenderstem, kale with red onion and garlic
(really annoyed at rubbish quality photo - but phone was so low on battery the flash didn't work!)
MEAL 4 - Chicken in fajita spices (75g) tommy bobblehat ,kale with coconut oil (10g fats), tenderstem, avocado (15g fats)
(was *really* hungry from 3pm onwards, discovering the real challenge with having meal 1 so early and
training midday instead of the evening...)
